IT MATTERS

Young life camp was a great experience. Not only was it fun, but there was also space for more serious, real conversations that you don’t typically have. I really appreciated how accepting and welcoming the leaders were. They weren’t looking for the Sunday school answer; they wanted to hear honest answers and wouldn’t judge you for it. Hearing testimonies about how God had worked in others' lives was very impactful as well. It makes it so much more real when you hear people talk about personal experiences and how God got them through it all. It was also very encouraging to see other young people want to live their lives devoted to Christ. I used to have the mindset that I would wait to take my faith more seriously once I got older, but I realize now that there is no need to wait. - Chloe
